Unexpected service at every turn

Woke up to the sound of laughter from the pool. The staff treated us like family, and the food at Mitra was bursting with flavor. Totally satisfying!

However, the relentless heat in the clubhouse was exhausting. Our bathroom sink drained slowly throughout our stay, making basic tasks incredibly frustrating. Improvements are clearly needed.

The bungalows look quite tired!!! Poolside bar has limited hours that disrupt evening relaxation!!! Restaurant reservations can be frustrating with certain options not worth the effort!!!

The resort offered a beautiful Deluxe Junior Suite with great décor and comfort. The variety of restaurants provided multiple dining options that catered to different tastes. I enjoyed the unique wildlife encounters during my stay, especially at the poolside, where monkeys swung by regularly.

Service fell short in certain areas, with occasional lapses in attentiveness, especially during peak dining times.

Wildlife sightings are fantastic, especially near the pool area. The beach has strong waves, so swimming can be tricky. Lots of activities for families, including snorkeling and a kids' club. Limited late-night dining options at the resort.

This beautiful resort offers exceptional services and delicious dining options, particularly at Mitra. The spacious rooms ensure a comfy stay, and the friendly staff truly go above and beyond! The beach and adults-only pool provide perfect relaxation spots. A fantastic choice for a memorable getaway!

My stay at the Westin was excellent, with attentive staff who proactively ensured all my business needs were met. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable environment for work. The resort's amenities, including the business center with reliable internet access, allowed me to efficiently complete my tasks. Additionally, the scenic surroundings and peaceful atmosphere were perfect for unwinding after work hours.

The stay at Westin Playa Conchal impressed me greatly. The staff proved to be super friendly, remembering my name and preferences by the second day, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The property sits in a beautiful location right on the beach, allowing for plenty of outdoor activities. The wildlife around the resort, especially monkeys, added to the overall charm and excitement. The dining experience was fantastic, particularly at the Mediterranean and Italian restaurants. I felt the food quality exceeded my expectations, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort. However, I struggled with the room’s layout. The bathroom felt cramped with poor ventilation, making it humid after showers. The rooms could use some updates for a fresher feel. Additionally, dinner reservations posed a challenge. securing preferred timings forced us to book in advance. Not having the option for late-night dining was also disappointing. Though we weren't at the beach much due to the loose, shell-heavy sand, we enjoyed the pool area, despite some crowdedness during peak times. All in all, the positives of my visit outweighed the negatives, but some details could enhance the experience for future guests.

Ideal for a couple's getaway

The staff were super friendly,, especially our concierge who remembered our names and made the experience feel personal. We also loved taking long walks on the beach and finding this amazing hidden restaurant with fresh sushi right next to our resort.

It definitely wasn’t cheap,, but given the experience and setting, we found it still acceptable.
